Before construction, RDN can sit down with the client, understand the intended use and vision, mark up the electrical design and confirm the proposed layout.

How RDN Electrical Group handles customer, project and website information.
What we collect
RDN may collect your name, contact details, project address, plans, photos, drawings, quote selections, requested dates, messages and other information you submit through this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare and review quotations, assess electrical projects, create and review electrical designs, schedule work, keep project records and communicate with you about your project.
Plans and uploaded files
Files submitted through RDN Design Studio or website forms are retained as project records. Do not upload plans or information you are not authorised to provide. RDN takes reasonable steps to restrict access to submitted files and stores website submissions in protected server folders.
Disclosure
RDN may disclose information where reasonably required to deliver or price your project, including to relevant suppliers, programmers, consultants, subcontractors or service providers, or where required by law. RDN does not sell customer information.

Terms applying to website quotations, design submissions and uploaded plans.
Website pricing and quotations
Website pricing and instant quote calculations depend on the information supplied by the customer. A website quote is conditional on the selected scope, quantities, supplied plans, access and site conditions materially matching the information submitted. RDN may require plan review or a site inspection before confirming the final scope.
Client Preference Plans
Anything created by a customer in RDN Design Studio is a Client Preference Plan. It records preferred positions and project information only. It is not an approved construction drawing, compliance document or instruction to commence electrical work.
RDN design documentation
RDN-reviewed drawings, mark-ups, specifications, circuiting, switching layouts, schedules and other professional design/documentation remain subject to the agreed project terms. Unless RDN agrees otherwise in writing, submission of a Client Preference Plan does not give another contractor permission to reproduce or use RDN's later professional design documentation.
Customer authority
By submitting plans or project material, you confirm that you are the owner, client or otherwise authorised to provide those materials to RDN for the project.
Variations
Before work starts, changes and additions are priced at the applicable RDN sell price without a variation administration fee. After work has commenced, a $150 variation fee applies per changed or additional variation line item, plus the applicable work price. Credits for removals after commencement depend on materials, labour and commitments already incurred.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these website terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
